Hi. My name is Meghan. Also known by my friends and family as Meg, Mug, Meggle. I love chin ups and my mom’s chocolate chip cookies. They’re the world’s best. I’m not biased. My interest in fitness began when I was an undergrad at Umass Amherst. I was studying nursing and started teaching group fitness classes as a part-time job. After graduating, I moved to Denver and worked as a nurse in the Neuro ICU. I took my fitness career online coaching family and friends for free until deciding to take the jump from nursing to personal training full time.
Exercise and nutrition will change your life for the better. Tenfold. It could even save your life. During my time in the ICU I cared for patients suffering with preventable diseases that could have been avoided if they had learned how to eat better and move more. The good news for you is it’s not too late. And if you’re only 20 years old thinking you’ve got time.. anybody older will tell you life only gets crazier and finding time to prioritize your health only gets harder. You’re reading this post for a reason, take the leap.
